Torstai 3.8. - Perjantai 4.8.

Yesterday we studied the heavy topic of death and suffering. We talked about morals and the Ten Commandments, and discussed what happens after death. This activity got a little dark, and rose up emotions in some of the campers.

However the day was filled with canoeing, saunas and campfire burgers, which greatly outweighed the lessons. The sauna was very refreshing, and the canoe trip was a fun activity while we waited for our turn.

The burgers were greasy but definitely worth the time we spent standing around the fire while the meat was sizzling. We all ate our burgers and then sat down to watch an outside silent version of Mummo. The day was so busy we didn't even have enough free time to finish our diaries. It was all around a great da in spite of the sad theme of the day.
