First day at KV66! Today was our first day at KV66. We had mixed emotions, here are some opinions from some of our participants!
Group member 1: We got to meet our roommates and our group. We had good food and got to know our way around the area. The weather yesterday was really nice but it is sad that the rest of the week is supposed to rain.
Member 2: We have been looking at the bible, and thinking about what emotions it makes us feel. We talked about God, and how he affects our lives. Overall, it gives you a new perspective on god
Member 3: Yesterday I had fun, we split into learning groups where we made our own prayer bracelets and did other fun things. Coffee break was great not only because there was coffee, but because they had chocolate. :)
Member 4: Yesterday we ate makaroonilaatikko and we got to know our group. I was really happy to meet new people.
Member 5: The group works have been really fun and people here are great. The food is also quite good. On the downside it's been raining all day long which is annoying.
Group leader: it was a nice first day we met lots of new people, and it's fun to be an isonen for the first time!
Overall we've had a good first day and are ready to have a good week!
